Services & Maintenance
Field maintenance, workshop repairs, refurbishment, controls and rental support — delivered by technicians who size and install the equipment they service.
What We Do
01
Correct selection starts with the duty point. We calculate flow, total head, NPSH and fluid characteristics, then match pump, impeller and motor to the application and available power supply. Oversized pumps waste energy and wear quickly; undersized pumps never reach the required pressure. We size before we quote.
02
On-site maintenance for installed pump sets across commercial, agricultural, industrial and municipal sites. Technicians check performance, vibration, seals, bearings, alignment, electrical protection and control settings, then report on condition with clear recommendations and a costed scope for any work required.
03
Scheduled maintenance programmes built around duty hours, fluid type and site conditions. Planned intervals for inspection, lubrication, seal replacement and performance checks reduce unplanned downtime, extend equipment life and keep energy consumption close to the original design point.
04
Repair of surface, submersible, borehole, industrial and dewatering pumps. Work includes strip and inspection, impeller and shaft replacement, bearing and seal renewal, casing repair and re-assembly to specification, with performance verified before the unit returns to service.
05
Where a fault cannot be isolated on site, the unit comes to the workshop. Diagnostics cover hydraulic performance, mechanical wear, electrical integrity and installation-related damage, so the repair addresses the cause rather than the symptom.
06
Full refurbishment of pumps and pump sets: disassembly, component assessment, replacement of worn parts, machining where required, re-assembly and performance verification. A practical alternative to replacement where the casing and frame remain sound.
07
Electric motor inspection and repair including bearing replacement, winding assessment, terminal and cable repair, and re-alignment to the pump. Motor and pump are tested together so the repaired set performs as a unit, not as two separately serviced components.
08
Supply, repair and modification of electrical control panels, variable speed drives, pressure controllers, float switches and protection devices. Correct control and protection is the difference between a pump that lasts and a pump that fails early.
09
Breakdown response for critical water supply, sewage and dewatering duties. Where repair time exceeds what the site can absorb, rental units can be deployed to maintain service while the installed equipment is repaired.
10
Short- and long-term rental of pumping and dewatering equipment for construction, mining, municipal repairs, bypass pumping and standby capacity. Rentals include technical support on selection, installation and site set-up.
Maintenance Process
01
Inspect
On-site or workshop inspection of the pump, motor, seals, bearings, pipework and control gear.
02
Diagnose
Fault isolation against the original duty: hydraulic, mechanical, electrical or installation cause.
03
Quote
A written scope with parts, labour and lead time. Work only starts once you approve it.
04
Repair
Mechanical and motor repair, component replacement, machining and re-assembly to specification.
05
Test & Return
Performance verification against the duty point, then delivery and commissioning support.

Refurbished Equipment
Refurbished and pre-owned pumps are a practical option where budget or lead time rules out new equipment. Every unit follows the same route before it is offered.
Performance is verified in our workshop. Factory testing is only claimed where it can be verified for that specific unit.
Tell us what is installed and what it is doing. We will inspect, diagnose and quote before any work starts.
