We take care to keep the technical information, specifications, curves, dimensions and guidance on this website accurate and current. It is provided for general guidance only and does not amount to a technical specification for your particular site.
Pump selection depends on your actual water level, yield, pipe sizing, elevation and power supply. Always confirm the final specification with our technical team in writing before you order. Specifications and availability may be changed by manufacturers without notice.

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, couriers, customs, load shedding, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
You must inspect goods on delivery and note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery note. Damage or shortages that are not noted at the time must be reported to us in writing within seven days of delivery.
Where you arrange your own transport, risk passes when the goods leave our premises.
Rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement in addition to these terms. In summary:
Service and repair work is quoted on the information available at the time. Where stripping the unit reveals further damage, we will issue a revised quotation before continuing, and a reasonable assessment fee may apply if you choose not to proceed.
You must provide safe access to the site, a suitable power supply and any permits or approvals required for the work. Standing time caused by site conditions beyond our control may be charged at our standard rate.
Workmanship on repairs is guaranteed for three months from the date of completion, provided the equipment has been operated correctly and within its rated duty. This guarantee does not cover consumable and wear parts, or failures caused by water quality, sand, dry running, lightning, voltage problems or operation outside the equipment’s specification.
Training places are confirmed on receipt of payment or an approved purchase order. Cancellations received less than five business days before a scheduled programme may be charged in full, although a substitute delegate is always welcome.
We may reschedule a programme where minimum numbers are not met, and will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. Certificates are issued to delegates who attend the full programme and meet the assessment requirements.
